RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW 

Our desire is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. Each item at TrumpMustFail.com is custom-printed on demand specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because we do not maintain a warehouse of stocked inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. If something isn’t right, please contact us at sales@TrumpMustFail.com so we may have the opportunity to make it right.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund for a manufacturing defect.
  • Evidence: To evaluate the issue, we require clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.
  • Resolution: If the error is ours or if the item is defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY 

Returns are rarely necessary given our quality guarantee, however, in the rare event that a  return is authorized by our team:

  1. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Authorized returns should be sent to:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Customer Errors: We cannot accept returns for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for incorrect size/color choices.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or reviewed your photo evidence) and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
