Standard outbound shipping is provided at no cost to the customer unless otherwise stated for specific promotional items. While we cover the shipping costs, we are not liable for carrier delays. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss passes to you. In the event of a shipping error that is deemed our mistake, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
